Run Army Brisbane 2026

Join Run Army Brisbane to show support for our service and rescue community.

Brisbane – take your marks and get set for Run Army 2026! 

Lace up your running (or walking) shoes for a fun challenge to support Defence members, veterans, first responders and their families.  

The event is open to all ages and abilities, with 5km, 10km and 15km activities for adults and a 2.4km ‘Junior Dash’ for kids. 

You’ll be joined by Royal Australian Artillery (and two of their M777A2 lightweight towed howitzers), kept hydrated at Bushmaster water stations, and entertained by live music from the Australian Army Band. 

Run Army 2026 is proudly presented by RSL Queensland. 

Who can take part? 

• Anyone can run, walk, fundraise or donate.

• Prams and dogs are welcome (subject to conditions).

Where do the funds go?

All donations, and $5 from every race entry, will go towards your choice of Legacy, Queensland Police Legacy, The Firefighter Cancer Foundation, QAS Legacy, The SES Gift Fund, and The Surf Life Saving Foundation.
